Total price will be calculated as the total of hotel plan and the vehicle type chosen.

Mentioned prices may vary depending upon the date of travel, hotel/camp/guest house availability, surge pricing, seasonal rush etc. Extra costs may arise, if the journey lasts longer (or has to drive longer) than planned, due to traffic or any other unforeseen reasons.

What are Included:

A. Pick and drop at one location in Haridwar or Rishikesh.

B. Hotel accommodation as per the itinerary.

C. Transportation as per itinerary.

D. Lunch or meals according to the plan opted.

What are not included:

A. Any portage at hotel, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges and/or all items of personal nature.

B. Costs and expenses for any personal medical situation during the journey.

C. Room services, telephone calls, or laundry.

D. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle.

E. Entry fees for forests/temples/park/monuments and activities like cable car, ropeway, helicopter services etc. wherever applicable.

F. Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurances on their own).

Booking Procedure

25% of the total package amount is to be paid for booking.

Rest amount must be paid before start of the journey booked.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible within 3 days of booking only.
